THE TEMPEST (2021)

Written in the early 1600s, The Tempest intertwines the tales of a plethora of characters that find themselves stranded on an island inhabited by the former Duke of Milan, his servant, and his daughter, while being haunted by an array of spirits. In accordance with the ethereal aesthetic I had in mind for this show, I designed costumes that would give an airy effect with sheer, light fabrics, while taking inspiration from Roman goddesses as well as aspects of the natural world.
